Our new Website has been developed to provide information about the Practice, it's staff, and the range of healthcare services we provide. About the Surgery

The Practice operates from a purpose built, single storey premises with a car park.

Facilities for the Disabled

The Practice premises affords the following facilities for the disabled:

  • an access ramp;
  • wide doors allowing wheelchair access through corridors to consulting and treatment rooms;
  • disabled toilet facilities.

A portable hearing loop is available on request. Our Practice Nurse is trained in British Sign Language.

  • Jan 2012: My Health Online

    • You can now use the internet to book an appointment with a GP using the new internet site called My Health Online.

    • Using the new internet site My Health Online, you are able to book an appointment. You will get confirmation back immediately online, so there is no need to re-confirm by phone. Just arrive promptly on the day. You can also view any appointments you have already made or cancel them if necessary.

    • Before you can start using My Health Online, you must register your details at reception. You will need to be over 16 years of age and have a personal e-mail account. You will need to provide some proof of identity. When you have done this you will then be provided with PIN numbers to register online and set up your account.

    • Your personal details are protected using the highest standards of internet security to prevent them being intercepted. It is your responsibility to keep your log in details safe. Only you and your GP surgery are able to see this information.
